Our school is proudly recognized by the NPCP (National Pilates Certification Program), formerly known as the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), the world’s largest verification body for Pilates teachers. Graduates are invited to sit the NPCP exam, validating their training and certification as comprehensively trained Pilates instructors.
For added peace of mind, our Teacher Training school is insured under the Balen’s Insurance Scheme, and all apprentices have access to the Student Teacher Affiliate Plan.

Yes. We offer comprehensive Pilates teacher training programmes for those wishing to become instructors or deepen their professional and personal practice.

Our training is suitable for individuals passionate about Pilates and movement, whether you are looking to change careers, add to existing qualifications, or deepen your understanding. Previous Pilates experience is recommended.

Pilates teacher training is not governed by a single accrediting body, which is standard across the industry. Our programme is delivered to an exceptionally high standard by Stacey Smith, a highly respected and experienced Pilates teacher.Stacey’s depth of knowledge, years of teaching experience, and strong professional reputation ensure that the training is rigorous, comprehensive, and aligned with current best practice.

Training includes anatomy and biomechanics, Pilates principles, mat and/or equipment repertoire, teaching methodology, observation hours, practice teaching, and assessments.

The duration depends on the programme. 12-18 months Full comp and 6- 12 for Mat

Yes. A minimum of 25 hours before applying for Full comp and 10 hours before applying for Mat. We strongly recommend attending regular classes at the studio , so you are familiar with our teaching style and approach.

Upon successful completion of all course requirements, you will receive a certificate of completion, allowing you to obtain appropriate insurance and begin teaching, subject to insurer and local regulations.
