Trent Park Pilates Studio Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Trent Park Pilates. By booking or attending classes, private sessions, workshops, or any services with us, you agree to abide by this Studio Policy. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients.

Bookings and Payments

  • All sessions (classes, privates, duets) must be booked in advance through our online system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Your booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

Cancellation and NoShow Policy

  • Group classes: Please cancel at least 24 hours before the start time to avoid forfeiting the session.

  • Private / Duet sessions: Please cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made within these windows will result in the session being forfeited or subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation, and you will lose the session.

  • If classes are cancelled by the studio due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a credit or opportunity to rebook.

(You can update timeframes — e.g., 6/12 hours — based on Trent Park’s preference.)

Health, Safety, and Medical Disclosures

  • Before attending your first session, all clients must complete a health questionnaire and PAR-Q form.

  • You must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, surgeries, or pregnancy before participating.

  • Pilates should not replace medical advice. If in doubt about your ability to participate, consult a healthcare professional.

  • If you feel discomfort or pain during a session, stop immediately and inform your instructor.

Arrival and Late Policy

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare for class and allow sessions to start on time.

  • Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted for safety reasons, and the session may be forfeited.

Studio Etiquette

  • Wear appropriate activewear and Pilates or grip socks for all equipment classes.

  • Remove outdoor shoes before entering the studio space.

  • Personal belongings should be kept in designated areas; the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Respect the instructor, staff, and fellow clients. Harassment or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Phones should be on silent and distractions kept to a minimum.

Equipment Use and Hygiene

  • Use equipment only under instructor supervision and as directed.

  • Help maintain cleanliness by wiping down the apparatus after use as needed.

  • No food (except water) is permitted in the studio space.

Children as Spectators

  • Only clients registered for a session may be in the studio.

  • Spectators, children, or pets (except guide dogs) are not permitted in the Pilates space for safety reasons.

Liability

  • Participants engage in classes at their own risk.

  • Trent Park Pilates and its instructors are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.
