Types of Classes
Reformer Classes

Reformer classes offer a full-body workout using controlled movements to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. In our Classical Pilates Reformer classes, you’ll receive personalised guidance from a fully certified instructor to ensure correct form, alignment, and safe progression. Suitable for all fitness levels, exercises can be adapted as you gain strength and confidence, helping improve posture, body awareness, and overall fitness.
Tower Classes

Classical Pilates Tower classes deliver a full-body workout focused on core strength, flexibility, and control. Using adjustable springs and attachments, exercises provide tailored resistance to suit all fitness levels. With a mix of mat and equipment-based movements, the Tower helps improve posture, precision, and body awareness, making it suitable for beginners through to advanced practitioners.
Studio Apparatus class

This class offers a dynamic full-body workout using all studio apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Barrels, and Matwork. By combining a variety of equipment, the class builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness while keeping workouts engaging and well-balanced.
